Yelp's official Zapier integration can push each new Yelp lead into HighLevel (GoHighLevel) as a contact or note — but not as a conversation your team can answer. What plain Zapier can do

No conversation: messages become notes or fields, not a threaded Yelp channel in Conversations your team replies from.

No identity handling: Yelp masks emails and sends phone numbers late; without careful matching you get duplicate contacts and orphaned follow-ups.
No failure surface: a dropped message fails silently in a Zap history nobody reads; there is no delivery confirmation, retry, or per-message error.

Can Zapier connect Yelp leads to GoHighLevel by itself?

Partially. Yelp's official Zapier integration can create a HighLevel contact or note from each new lead. What plain Zapier cannot give you is a real conversation: messages threaded in HighLevel Conversations, replies delivered back into the Yelp thread, and delivery confirmation. That two-way layer is what WarmReply adds on top of the same official integration.

Is the Yelp Zapier integration official?
