Yelp integration for GoHighLevel
Leads and messages, two-way — not a reviews widget.
WarmReply is the Yelp leads integration for HighLevel (also called GoHighLevel, Go High Level or GHL). Every Yelp Request-a-Quote lead lands in your Conversations tab as a contact and a conversation with the job details attached — job type, location, requested dates, the customer's own words. Your team replies from the CRM and the reply is delivered back into the same Yelp thread. Setup is self-serve in about 15 minutes.
What "integrated" actually means here
Most pages about connecting Yelp and GoHighLevel are about review widgets — showing Yelp stars on a website. WarmReply is the other thing: the lead conversation itself. Yelp reports that 84% of its users prefer Request a Quote over calling a business, and that customers are twice as likely to respond when a business replies within an hour. That only happens when leads reach the inbox your team actually watches — for HighLevel teams, that is Conversations.
- Inbound: new leads, follow-up messages and late-arriving phone numbers appear in Conversations on a channel called Yelp, with custom fields (job type, ZIP, requested dates, a reply-in-Yelp link) on the contact.
- Outbound: replies typed in HighLevel deliver into the customer's Yelp thread, from your business. Delivery is confirmed by Yelp itself, and a failed reply is marked on the message with the reason — never dropped quietly.
- Instant greeting (optional): a message you write goes out within seconds of a new lead, so you are the first business the customer hears from.
- Yelp-app replies sync back: if a teammate answers from the Yelp app instead, that reply appears in the same HighLevel conversation, marked with their name.
How the connection works
WarmReply is a HighLevel Marketplace app. The Yelp side runs through Yelp's official Zapier integration — you connect it once during the guided setup (about 15 minutes, self-serve, with a checklist that verifies itself). A free Zapier account is enough: Yelp currently covers all Zapier task costs for Yelp Leads workflows (500,000 free tasks/month, Yelp's promotion). Multiple Yelp pages and multi-location businesses are supported on one sub-account.
Pricing
One plan, published here and in the marketplace: $49/month per HighLevel sub-account at launch pricing ($59 standard after the launch period — the price you join at never rises on you). Unlimited leads, unlimited messages, every Yelp page included. Billed through HighLevel, cancel anytime, 14-day free trial with everything switched on.

Common questions
Is there a native Yelp integration in GoHighLevel?
No — HighLevel has no built-in Yelp leads integration. WarmReply adds one from the HighLevel App Marketplace: it registers a Yelp channel in Conversations, delivers Request-a-Quote leads into it, and sends your replies back to the same Yelp thread.
Does this work with HighLevel, GHL and Go High Level?
Yes. HighLevel, GoHighLevel, Go High Level and GHL are the same platform, and WarmReply works on all of it, including white-labeled agency versions. It installs per sub-account from the marketplace.
Is this about Yelp reviews?
No. WarmReply syncs Yelp leads and messages (Request a Quote), not reviews. If you want review widgets on a website, that is a different kind of tool; if you want to answer Yelp customers from your CRM, that is WarmReply.
What does the Yelp GoHighLevel integration cost?
One plan: $49/month per HighLevel sub-account at launch pricing ($59 standard later — whichever price you join at is yours for as long as you stay). Unlimited leads, unlimited messages, every Yelp page of your business included, billed through HighLevel, 14-day free trial.
Do I need Yelp Ads?
No. Any claimed Yelp business page with Request-a-Quote enabled works — no ad spend required.
