The Yelp integrations for GoHighLevel, compared
Written by the WarmReply team, so read us with that in mind — but every fact below comes from the apps' public HighLevel marketplace listings and websites, reviewed August–September 2026, and we say plainly where a competitor is stronger. Listings change; check them for current details.
Five apps put Yelp Request-a-Quote leads into HighLevel (GoHighLevel). They differ on three questions that matter more than feature lists: who answers your customers (your team or an AI), how you buy (published price and trial, or a sales call), and how you start (self-serve or onboarding meeting).
The short version
- WarmReply (us) — best if you want your own team answering from Conversations, self-serve 15-minute setup, and published pricing: $49/mo per sub-account, unlimited leads and pages, 14-day in-marketplace trial, billed through HighLevel. The trade-off we own: the Yelp connection runs through Yelp's official Zapier integration (guided, free Zapier account is enough), not a 2-click OAuth.
- Yelp Messaging by Niche & Leads — the category leader by installs (812 at our review) and part of Niche's AI front-desk platform. Best if you want an AI agent answering Yelp for you, with direct OAuth setup. Pricing is not published; their listing requires an onboarding meeting.
- Yelp and Thumbtack Chat DM by NZLEADS — best if you want one vendor for Yelp + Thumbtack + Meta channels. Two-way in Conversations, direct connection, and they publish pricing on their own site ($99/mo for the Yelp channel at our review). Newest and smallest of the five (55 installs, no reviews at our review).
- Connector for Yelp Message Leads by BitQueues — an auto-responder that transfers leads into the CRM. At our review it registers no conversation channel, so replies do not flow from Conversations to Yelp; setup is via a call with their team.
- Yelp Leads by Yotomations — a Yelp-focused AI and operations dashboard of its own, with HighLevel connectivity. Best if you want their dashboard; it is a new surface for your team rather than Conversations-native work.
