WarmReply is built and run by Arsen, a software engineer. It started as a fix for one business: a moving company that gets a steady stream of Yelp Request-a-Quote leads and runs everything else in HighLevel. Its team was answering Yelp in one app and working every other lead in another, and the Yelp leads were the ones waiting.
Why it exists
Yelp quote requests are won by whoever replies first with something real. That is hard when the replies have to happen in Yelp's own inbox, away from the CRM where the team, the pipeline and the calendar already live. WarmReply makes Yelp one more channel in HighLevel Conversations: the lead arrives with its project details, the team replies from the CRM, and the reply lands in the customer's Yelp thread.
That moving company still runs its Yelp leads through WarmReply every day. Most of what the product does came from watching real leads come in and fixing whatever slowed the reply down.
How we work
- Self-serve by design. You install it from the HighLevel marketplace and connect it yourself in about 15 minutes. Nobody needs logins to your Yelp or HighLevel accounts.
- One plain price. $49 a month per sub-account, unlimited leads, every Yelp page included, billed through HighLevel.
- Honest comparisons. Our comparison pages say where other apps are stronger, because picking the wrong tool costs you jobs.
- You reach the builder. When you write to us, the engineer who wrote the code reads it.
