Unlimited means unlimited
We don't count your leads against a limit and there is no per-lead charge. A slow month and your busiest month ever cost the same. Nothing ever stops, slows, or gets held back because of volume: every lead reaches your CRM and every reply reaches Yelp. Your Yelp response time is part of how Yelp ranks you, and that is not ours to damage.
Yelp pages are never counted either. One location or fifteen, they are all included. Unrelated businesses need their own sub-account, which is the same way HighLevel bills them.
What it really costs
WarmReply carries your Yelp messages using Yelp's own official Zapier integration, so a Zapier account is part of the setup — and right now it costs nothing, because Yelp pays that bill.
- WarmReply is the price above, billed through HighLevel. 14-day free trial. One detail that is HighLevel's, not ours: paying from your HighLevel wallet balance adds their processing fee (about 5%, so $49 shows as $51.45); paying by card charges the listed price.
- Zapier is currently free for this: Yelp covers all Zapier task costs for workflows that use its Yelp Leads integration — 500,000 free tasks a month, on any Zapier plan including the free one, with no planned end date. Every WarmReply connection is such a workflow, so your leads, messages and replies bill to Yelp's allowance, not to your plan's. A free Zapier account is all you need, and Zapier shows the Yelp Leads usage as its own line on your task dashboard.
- Yelp costs nothing extra. No ad spend required.
One honest footnote: those free Zapier tasks are Yelp's promotion, not ours. If Yelp ever ends it, Zapier's normal per-action billing would return — messages, not leads, count, a typical lead runs around nine actions, and 750 actions is about $29.99 a month — and we will say so here, and work to take that bill on ourselves, before it costs you anything unexpected.
Who it is for
- Service businesses that get Yelp Request-a-Quote leads and already work in HighLevel.
- Multi-location businesses with several Yelp pages in one sub-account (all included).
- Agencies setting up Yelp leads for their HighLevel clients, one subscription per sub-account.
What is not included
- Yelp Ads spend. Not required, and if you advertise, you pay Yelp directly.
- Someone doing the setup for you. It is self-serve and takes about 15 minutes; if you get stuck, write to us and we help.
- HighLevel's own Conversation AI. It works on the Yelp channel if you want a bot answering, and it is billed by HighLevel under your HighLevel plan.
Done for you, or do it yourself?
Some agencies sell Yelp to GoHighLevel as a managed package: a setup fee, a monthly fee per location, access to your accounts, and a go-live date about a week out. At our last check that looked like $247 setup plus $97 a month per location. If you want someone else to own it entirely, that can be worth paying for.
WarmReply is the other way: no setup fee, $49 a month for every Yelp page in the sub-account, no one else logging into your Yelp or HighLevel accounts, and your first lead in Conversations the same day. For one location, the first year is $588 instead of about $1,400. See that comparison or all five apps side by side.
Questions
Will the price go up later?
Launch pricing is $49 a month; the standard price after the launch period is $59. Whichever price you join at is yours for as long as you stay — the price of the plan you are on never rises.
Is it really unlimited?
Yes. Unlimited Yelp leads, unlimited messages, and every Yelp page your business has. We don't count your leads against a limit, there is no per-lead charge, and nothing ever stops or slows because you had a busy month.
What if a payment fails?
Nothing stops. We alert ourselves, not you, and your leads keep arriving while you sort it out with HighLevel. A card that failed once must never cost you a customer.
What happens if I cancel?
When your subscription ends, leads stop syncing; your conversation history stays in HighLevel, where it already lives. After 30 days we erase the connection to your CRM and the record of which Yelp thread maps to which contact, so a reinstall inside that window picks up where you left off. Your account record and settings are kept until you ask us to remove them. Email [email protected] and we delete everything we hold. The full detail is in our privacy policy.
Do you offer a free plan?
No. There is a 14-day free trial instead, with the whole product switched on. Setup takes about 15 minutes, so you will know inside the first day.
