How the math works
Leads you already answer within an hour are left alone. For the rest, the calculator takes your fast-reply close rate, applies the slow-reply factor you picked, and counts the gap as jobs at stake:
jobs at stake per month = leads × (1 − share answered within an hour) × close rate × (1 − factor)
The default factor comes from Yelp's own guidance: customers are twice as likely to respond when a business replies to a Request a Quote within an hour. Responding is not the same as booking, so treat the result as an estimate of what is at stake, not a promise. The best input is your own data: compare close rates on leads you answered fast against the ones that waited.
Closing the gap
WarmReply puts every Yelp lead in HighLevel Conversations within seconds, with an optional instant greeting written by you, so "within an hour" becomes the normal case. It costs $588 a year per sub-account with every Yelp page included. More on the cost of a slow reply.
