The free Zapier tasks are Yelp's promotion, not ours: if Yelp ever ends it, Zapier's normal per-action billing would return (a typical lead runs around nine actions; 750 actions is about $29.99 a month) — and we will say so here, and work to take that bill on ourselves, before it costs you anything unexpected.

Getting started
Does WarmReply work with GoHighLevel, Go High Level, GHL?
Yes, they are all the same platform. HighLevel, GoHighLevel, Go High Level and GHL are different names people use for the CRM WarmReply is built for. If your business or agency runs on any of them, including a white-labeled version, WarmReply installs from the marketplace and Yelp leads appear in your Conversations.
Do I need Yelp Ads for this to work?
No. Any claimed Yelp business page with Request-a-Quote enabled works: WarmReply syncs the lead conversations, no ad spend required.
How long does setup take?
About 15 minutes, self-serve. Install from the HighLevel marketplace, follow the guided steps, and send yourself a test lead at the end to confirm it works. No developers, no CSV files, no waiting for onboarding calls.
Can I try it first?
Yes — there is a 14-day free trial with the whole product switched on, and setup takes about fifteen minutes, so you will know inside the first day whether it does what you need.
How it works day to day
Do my replies really reach the customer on Yelp?
Yes. Replies you send from HighLevel Conversations are delivered into the same Yelp thread the customer already has open, from your business.
How fast does a lead reach my CRM?
Usually within a minute of Yelp sending it, though the first leg belongs to Zapier and its timing is theirs, not ours. If a reply fails on the way to Yelp we keep it and retry it rather than dropping it, and the failure is marked on the message itself with the reason. A lead that fails on the way in is retried automatically too; the rare case we cannot retry safely is flagged to us and we contact you.
